In Minnesota, many shooting ranges operated by local conservation clubs are open to the public.
Four ways to get a list of shooting ranges:
Note: Every shooting range has different rules concerning safety and shooting. Violation of range rules generally carries penalties such as suspension or banishment. Please contact each shooting range before you go for the details.
Is your shooting range's information out-of-date? Don't see your shooting range on the list? Please contact the DNR for corrections or additions:

Eligible development facilities include, but are not limited to, backstops, berms, target holders, gun racks, signs, field courses, benches, trap and skeet houses, platforms, sanitary facilities, classrooms, protective fencing, storage areas, shelters, parking, accessible pathways and support facilities. Money is available for development costs only. No land acquisition is eligible for reimbursement, nor is the money applicable as the local match.
