Seasonal Update

Water: Water turn on dates vary due to temperature and sesonal staffing. Water is typically available mid May through early October.

Drinking Water: Drinking water is available year-round at the park office.

Bathroom Facilities: Flush toilets are available when the water is turned on. Vault toilets are located in the park. A highway rest area is located just outside the park entrance.

Showers: Showers are avalible when the water is turned on.

Dump Station: Dump station is open.


Campgrounds: The camping season is early April through October. In the spring and fall, camping is dependent on weather.

Electric Sites: Park has 12 electric campsites.

Daily: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Friday & Saturday, Memorial Day - Labor Day: 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.


Trail Notes: The park maintains 18 miles of hiking trails and 1/3 mile wheelchair accessible trail during the regular camping season. The picnic shelter provides a place to warm up with a wood-burning stove.

Season Rentals: Canoes and the picnic shelter are available for rent during the summer. Snowshoes are available to rent during park office hours in winter; call ahead to check hours.
